Sales Consultant

Role Overview:
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Complete Cyclist, helping customers find the right bikes, accessories, and solutions while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in-store, online, and over the phone
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Generate quotes and follow up on sales leads
• Develop strong product knowledge across our range
• Assist with merchandising and general store operations

Skills & Experience:

• Friendly, confident, and people-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow product knowledge
• Good computer literacy
• Retail or sales experience is advantageous but not essential
• Passion or interest in cycling is a plus

Service Advisor (Workshop)

Role Overview:
The Service Advisor acts as the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring bikes are booked in correctly and customers are kept informed throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Book bicycles into the workshop and capture service requirements
• Communicate with customers regarding timelines, costs, and updates
• Liaise with mechanics to manage workflow
• Prepare service quotes and invoices
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation

Skills & Experience:
• Good understanding of bicycles and basic technical concepts
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Computer literacy
• Previous workshop or cycling industry experience is beneficial

Admin & Operations Assistant

Role Overview:
The Admin & Operations Assistant supports the business through accurate administration, stock control, and bookkeeping, helping ensure the store runs efficiently day to day.

• Assist with bookkeeping and financial administration
• Manage invoices, quotes, and supplier documentation
• Stock control and inventory management
• Support purchasing and reporting processes
• Maintain accurate records and systems
