Refund policy

We maintain a 30-day return policy, allowing you a period of 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange request. Please note that returns will not be accepted for sale items or gift cards.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at orders@complete-cyclist.com. For a return or exchange to be considered, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, complete with tags, and packaged as originally received. Please ensure that all returns are directed to the following address: 268 Main Road, Bryanston, Johannesburg, 2191.

If your refund or exchange is approved, please note that the cost of returning the item will be to the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, we will inspect the condition of the returned item upon receipt. Once deemed in good condition, we will initiate the refund via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please ensure that you provide accurate banking details for the refund process.

Damages and Defects: We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. Should you encounter any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, we urge you to promptly notify us in order to resolve the issue.

Exchanges: To obtain the desired item, we recommend following the return procedure outlined above to request the correct product. Once your exchange request is accepted, you may then proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item. We will cover the return courier cost and arrange the collection of the unwanted item. If you are exchanging a discounted item, please note that all associated shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that certain categories of items are exempt from our return policy. These include perishable goods, custom-made products (including special orders or personalized items), items classified as personal care goods, and Nutrition.
