1. Introduction
Welcome to Complete Cyclist. By signing up to our mailing list through the website pop-up or any other subscription form, you agree to these Terms and Conditions governing the 10% Off Welcome Offer, as well as our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- The Offer is available to first-time subscribers who sign up via the Complete Cyclist website.
- The Offer is limited to one use per customer and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotional codes, discounts, vouchers, bundles or offers.
- A valid email address and consent to marketing communications are required to qualify.
3. Offer Details
- Eligible subscribers will receive a unique 10% discount code by email after successfully joining the mailing list.
- The 10% discount applies only to qualifying products available online and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
4. Exclusions
The 10% off discount does not apply to the following:

All bicycles and bike frames including but not limited to electric, gravel, mountain and road bikes.
- Gift cards.
- Workshop services, labour, repairs and bike fitting sessions.
- Products already discounted or marked as part of a sale, promotion or bundle.
Complete Cyclist may add or remove exclusions at any time without prior notice.
5. Redemption
- Enter the discount code at checkout before completing the order.
- The Offer is valid for a limited time as indicated in the email and will expire automatically after that period.
- The Offer is valid for online purchases only and is not redeemable in-store unless explicitly stated.
6. Misuse of Offer
- We may void the Offer where we reasonably believe multiple email addresses are used to obtain additional codes.
- We may refuse or cancel any order where the Offer was applied in error or used fraudulently.
7. Returns and Exchanges
- Refunds for items purchased using the Offer will be based on the discounted price paid.
- Discount codes are single-use and will not be reissued or reinstated once used, including in the event of a return.
8. Email Subscription
By subscribing, you consent to receive emails from Complete Cyclist about new products, collections, promotions, events, and community news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the Unsubscribe link in any email.

10. General Terms
- Complete Cyclist may modify, suspend or terminate this Offer or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a dispute, Complete Cyclist’s decision will be final.
